Your mental well-being is just as important as your physical health. Counselling offers a compassionate and judgment-free space to help you heal and grow.
Integrative Therapy & Counselling
Counselling can provide you with a confidential and supportive professional relationship from within which you can make sense of what’s going on, develop new skills ,increase your resilience, and empower you to make positive changes for the future so you can navigate life’s challenges more effectively and make sense of what is going on for you.
About Me
Nyawira Njiraini
I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of counselling and psychotherapy (BACP) based in West Sussex, offering private short- and open-ended therapy, via face-to-face or on-line mediums for adults & couples seeking support for a wide variety of challenges.
My approach to counselling is integrative; I utilise social prescribing as a resource and also use my skills and knowledge to support you to understand your unmet needs as I believe that there can be no ‘one size fits all’. I have extensively studied and made use of person centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, systemic practice and attachment theories so that how we work together is determined by your unique experiences.
How can counselling help you?
Counselling provides a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges with a trained professional.
Through guidance and self-reflection, counselling empowers you to make positive changes, build resilience, and enhance your overall quality of life. Here are some of the challenges I can assist you with. If you’re facing a difficulty that isn’t mentioned, please feel free to reach out, and we can discuss how I may be able to support you.
